What organizations are eligible?
Approval to participate is at the sole discretion of Chick-fil-A Rocky River. Generally, organizations should have a 501 ( c ) 3 and be a recognized non-profit or school organization.
When can our organization do a fundraiser?
Due to the high volume of requests received and general business conditions it is not always possible to grant fundraising assistance on all days or times of the week. Please contact us at the restaurant or at email@example.com to discuss your area(s) of interest at least 4-6 weeks in advance of your proposed start date.

IS EASY AS 1-2-3!
1. Anyone associated with your organization can begin saving Chick-fil-A Rocky River receipts now.
2. Gather and total all receipts, and turn them in to receive your Chick-fil-A reward credit. *Receipts are valid for one year.
3. Your organization will be rewarded with 10% of the total of the receipts collected by your group. For example: You collect $1,000, your organization will receive a $100 credit to be used at Chick-fil-A Rocky River.
What can my organization purchase with our reward credit?
•Chick-fil-A catering trays for meetings or events. •Boxed lunches for your supporters. •Chick-fil-A sandwiches for your supporters. •Give Chick-fil-A to supporters as thank-you gifts.
Total is before tax. Only full-priced sales will apply towards total. Organization is responsible for totaling receipts. The Chick-fil-A rewards dollars are good at Chick-fil-A Rocky River ONLY.

TO EARN A CHUNK OF MONEY
How it works:
-Organization will select a month to take orders and payment for one and 6- count cookies. The single cookies are sold for $2 each and the 6-count cookies are sold for $9.
A customized order form will be provided to organization to allow for copying and distribution to their members. It is recommended that an envelope also be provided to members to collect money as it is recommended that payment be due to the organization at time of order.
Organization will keep $1 for each single cookie sold and $3 for each 6-count sold. One dollar of each single cookie and $6 of each 6-count cookie will go back to Chick-fil-A Rocky River for payment of product.
The organization’s designated cookie coordinator will need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule their fundraiser and agree upon sale and distribution dates.
How to receive cookies after they are ordered:
-All order forms and payment are to be turned in to Chick-fil-A Rocky River by the agreed upon deadline date to allow for a one week preparation time prior to pick up and distribution.
-Orders will be ready for pick up by the organization one week after the deadline date. Orders will be picked up, sorted, and distributed by the organization.
EARN MONEY WHILE FEEDING THE CROWD AT EVENTS
It’s deliciously simple:
-Pre-order Chick-fil-A Original Chicken Sandwiches for just $3.25 each
-Pickup sandwiches in heated bag on designated date/time and sell at your event for up to $4.50 each. Pair with chips and drink (provided by organization) for up to $5 for the combo.
-Earn $1.25 - $1.75 sold per sandwich/combo for your organization.
-Return the bag to Chick-fi-A Rocky River the day after your event.
