We are seeking developed leaders to support the business by communicating, tracking, training, and coaching all hospitality professionals on achieving and exceeding service and revenue goals. Directors will oversee employees in the development of business and in the continual pursuit of “Operational Excellence” while creating positive work culture. Directors must be motivated self-starters with the ability to work fast and efficiently who are in constant contact with the leadership team and Owner/Operator and are responsible for the overall flow of the restaurant.
All Directors will partner with the Owner/Operator to develop a Directional Plan to help chart their growth and development annually, because we believe that what we can offer you is equally as important as what you can offer us.
