As a Trainer, you will work in a fast-paced restaurant that serves over a thousand guests daily. Trainers exhibit and teach passionate, friendly and genuine customer service. Trainees will be taught through our three-step process of: demonstration, imitation and repetition. A trainer must learn details of each position to demonstrate the Chick-fil-A way of completing every task. Individuals with patience, a desire to continuously learn, comfort with diversity and emotional intelligence will excel in this position. The Trainer will work closely with the Training Director to develop the team in the continual pursuit of “Operational Excellence,” while creating a positive work culture.
